I've led art direction for BodySpec's retail expansion, including all branding, furniture, layout, finishes, print materials, wayfinding systems and more. This involved creating to-scale floorplans for builds involving extensive construction, collaborating with contractors and other vendors, and optimizing layouts for revenue potential. Over 2 years, I delivered direction for 11 storefronts across 6 cities, with timelines as short as 2 weeks from lease signing to launch.
